COVID-19 Readiness

Dear Select Bank Community,

Like you, we are closely monitoring the coronavirus and doing all we can to remain safe.  We have Pandemic Operating Plans in place, as we have planned for an event such as this since the bank’s inception.  In connection with current guidance and recommendations regarding the coronavirus pandemic, effective March 17, we will operate full-service through drive-thru window only access at all locations until further notice. 

These lobby access limitations are intended to respect and promote public safety by protecting the health and well-being of our employees, customers and community.  We will continue to offer all banking services and are actively opening accounts and serving lending needs.  Appropriate staff are able to work remotely and will be fully supported to do so should the need arise. Serving the needs of our customers continues to be of utmost importance and access to our digital solutions including online banking and mobile banking remain available 24 hours a day.

As a community leader, we are working with our local authorities to provide care where we can by being available as a resource to community healthcare and food providers. Our proactive approach will help our community remain healthy, strong and vibrant and provide assistance to the areas in our community that need it the most. 

We are all in this together and must stay connected as we work our way through the coronavirus pandemic. Our branch teams are available and ready to help you.  We've ensured that our branches and all touch points, including ATM screens ad keypads, are cleaned daily with EPA-approved disinfectants and we have hand sanitizing stations in all of our branches.
