After-Hours Call Center Now Available!

We are excited to announce the most recent effort in our continued commitment to provide unparalleled customer service to our accountholders. We are now offering an extended arm of our Customer Service department in the form of a Customer Solution Center! Just call your local Select Bank office, or our HQ at (434) 455-1700.

What is it?

The Solution Center is an after-hours customer service center where you can reach a Select Bank representative with questions or concerns about your account.

What can I contact the Solution Center for?

We're glad you asked! Our new center can provide basic information about your deposit accounts and loans, such as:

  • Balances
  • Posted activity
  • Payment balance
  • Funds transfer

You will also be able to stop payments, begin a fraud claim, increase debit card limits, and get assistance with digital banking through our Solution Center.

What are the hours of operation?

Monday - Friday: 5pm-2am

Saturday: 8am-3pm
